Ingredients 

  • 2 cups leftover shredded pot roast
  • 1 cup beef broth
  • 2 hoagie rolls
  • 4 slices provolone cheese
  • 1/2 cup pepperoncini peppers
  • 1/4 cup butter

Instructions 

  • Warm beef broth and shredded pot roast in a small saucepan over medium heat for 5 minutes or until beef warms through.
  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Spread butter on the insides of hoagie rolls. Toast for 2-3 minutes in the oven.
  • Top each hoagie roll with shredded beef, cheese, and pepperoncinis.
