Sometimes when I want to mix up our dinner menu, I make breakfast for dinner. No need to save the pancakes and eggs for just breakfast, they also make a tasty dinner.

It can get crazy during the week with meetings, after school activities, and just being tired from work. That’s when a delicious, comforting breakfast dinner, or “brinner”, as my kids like to call it, comes into play.

They say breakfast is the most important meal of the day. And thanks to this collection of delicious breakfast for dinner recipes, you don’t have to wake up early just to enjoy it!
