Christmas Celebration Dinner Show in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee is one that is sure to become a holiday family tradition.
Thank you to The Christmas Celebration Show for hosting my family. All opinions are my own.
We were thrilled to be able to welcome the holiday season at The Christmas Celebration Dinner Show in Pigeon Forge, TN. This is a must see show filled with fun holiday music, acrobatics, a live nativity and so many cool special effects.
The theater is located conveniently in the heart of Pigeon Forge. For us, it’s an easy drive from Atlanta.
PRE-SHOW
The outside of the theater is covered in colorful lights that is a show in itself. A huge Christmas tree is also outside greeting you as you pick up your tickets.
Before being seated in the theater, the kids had the opportunity to fill out a wish list for Santa. They each placed it in the mailbox and soon after the mailman came to pick up all of the lists to bring back to the North Pole. We then played a family game of corn hole and watched other’s get their face painted like Rudolf. So fun!!
THE FOOD
My son was super excited about the food! He thought it was so cool to drink out of a giant Mason jar. The dinner show offers a delicious yuletide feast including the original creamy vegetable soup, homemade biscuits, pan fried chicken, sugar cured ham, macaroni and cheese, sweet potato delight, and a signature dessert. Something for everyone!
While enjoying all of the yummy food, the audience was entertained by the mailman and the narrator singing a variety of fun Christmas songs.
THE SHOW
Once dinner was over, the show started. The story is set in a small town that is hit by a giant snowstorm. Will Christmas be cancelled or will it be the best Christmas ever?
There are so many things to see and enjoy during this bright and colorful Christmas show. It was incredible how the stage transformed from an ice skating rink, a nativity and a winter wonderland.
The live nativity was a beautiful part of the celebration. I loved the sweet animals, costumes and gorgeous songs that made this set come to life.
My girls favorite part was the Nutcracker scene with the mice flying through the air and little Dolly ice skating with the Nutcracker. The acrobatics in the show are really amazing!
I enjoyed all of the amazing lights, effects and of course the super talented cast. It really filled all of us with Christmas spirit. The kids are already asking if we can come back!
We will definitely be making The Christmas Celebration Dinner Show a family tradition. I love being able to make memories like this with my children especially during the holiday season.
