Cinnamon Apple Nut Blondies are a tasty twist on a classic blondie bar. Filled with diced apple, cinnamon and pecans.
Apple and cinnamon is a classic flavor combination that I just can’t get enough of like in these apple danish pies or apple cinnamon oatmeal cups. These cinnamon apple nut blondies take dessert to the next level.
These bars are classic blondies made with light brown sugar, sugar and butter. They have a great, chewy texture with a little added crunch from the apples and pecans.

Cooks Tips
- Make sure to dice the apple pretty small so you don’t have big chunks of apple in the bars.
- If you prefer walnuts, they make a great substitute for pecans.
- Be sure not to over bake these bars. 35 minutes is usually perfect. Stick a toothpick in the center and make sure it comes out clean to ensure they are fully cooked.
- Let them cool before cutting into squares.
Cinnamon apple nut blondies have become a favorite in our house. We sometimes even eat them for breakfast! If you love cookies and bars as much as me, be sure to give these a try.
Enjoy! ~Heather
