I’ve been making this veggie pizza with crescent rolls for as long as I can remember. When my mom would making it growing up, I always thought it was so fancy with the colorful, perfectly placed vegetables. Once I started making it myself, I realized just how easy it is to make. An impressive recipe that requires minimal effort.

One of my favorite things about the recipe is that it is customizable to your family’s preference. I will change the vegetables depending on what I have in the refrigerator, but this recipe is my favorite combination.

This classic recipe can be served as an appetizer, snack, or light meal. Even my kids love it. It’s a great way to get them to eat their veggies.

Heather’s recipe tips

  • Allow time to soften the cream cheese. Make sure to set the cream cheese out at room temperature at least 30 minutes before making. This helps get a nice, creamy base.
  • Let the crust cool. Be sure to let the crescent roll crust completely cool before adding the cream cheese mixture.
  • Cut vegetables small. Make sure to chop your veggies small so they are easy to eat.
  • Chill before serving. I recommend letting the pizza chill at least 30 minutes. This helps make it easier to slice.

What to serve with veggie pizza with crescent rolls

This dish is great on it’s own but if I am serving it at a party I like to serve with things like bacon wrapped water chestnuts, chipped beef cheese ball, and cream cheese stuffed peppers.
