What you need

Frozen potato skins – Use your favorite brand like TGI Friday’s potato skins or Farm Rich froze potato skins.

Air fryer – We are using a basket style Cosori 5.8 quart air fryer. They can also be cooked in an oven style air fryer. Place them on the middle rack.

How do you cook frozen potato skins in the air fryer

If you would like to cook the whole box of frozen potato skins, you might need to cook in two different batches depending on the size of your air fryer.

Step one: Place frozen potato skin in the air fryer basket. Make sure to put them in a single layer with room for the hot air to circulate.

Step two: Air fry at 380 degrees F for 5-7 minutes. Cooking time may vary depending on the size of the potato skins and the type of air fryer being used.

Step three: Carefully take the skins out of the fryer basket and serve warm with favorite toppings.

These skins are wonderful by themselves and always a crowd pleaser but you can also add some favorite toppings for loaded potato skins. A few topping ideas include:

Freeze: I would not recommend refreezing.
