Recipe tips

  • I recommend getting a wedge of good Parmesan to grate for the best flavor.
  • Want to add a little heat? Add 1/4 teaspoon of red pepper flakes.
  • Make this into a salad dressing by adding 1 tablespoon of buttermilk or milk to thin it out.
  • If you want more garlic flavor, substitute the garlic powder with a clove of fresh minced garlic.

How to serve this sauce

There are many ways to use this delicious sauce. Here are a few suggestions:

  • Chicken – Serve this as a dip for wings, chicken tenders, chicken nuggets and more.
  • Sandwiches – Use for a spread for a hamburger, chicken sandwich, or pulled pork sandwich.
