30 Best Pasta Side Dishes
Ingredients
- 1 lb angel hair pasta
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 teaspoon red pepper flakes
- 3/4 cup grated parmesan
- 1 teaspoon salt
Instructions
- Bring a large pot of water to a boil. Add a teaspoon of salt.
- Add in dried pasta and boil according to package directions.
- In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Stir in crushed red pepper flakes and garlic. Stir for 1 minute.
- Carefully pour in 1 cup of the pasta water into the skillet. Stir in cooked pasta and then toss with grated parmesan. Serve warm.
