My kids love fruit, especially for an after school snack, so I’m always looking for new ways to serve it. Lately, pineapple has become one of their favorites, so I decided to create this pineapple dip that they could eat with fruit, pretzels, and graham crackers.

When I started experimenting with the recipe, I knew I wanted a similar base to my classic cream cheese fruit dip. To really let the pineapple shine, I opted to use crushed pineapple so that there would be a taste of pineapple in every bite.

After a few tweaks, I think I’ve found the perfect combination of creamy and fruity. My kids even gave it their stamp of approval and now it’s become a go-to for a quick snack or dessert.
