My sausage green bean potato casserole recipe is a full meal in one casserole dish. Flavorful, tender potatoes with kielbasa and beans are all cooked to perfection to make a dinner your family and friends will love.
I grew up eating this sausage green bean potato casserole and it brings back so many memories. Growing up, my mom would make this for an easy weeknight dinner and it was always one of my favorites.
My mom kept the recipe simple using some basic seasonings but over time I have made the recipe my own by adding some Cajun seasoning for extra, bold flavor.
The version I ate growing up is delicious, but the addition of Cajun seasoning really packs in the flavor without having to use many extra ingredients.
I love this dish because it’s so easy to make, nostalgic, and always a hit with my family and friends.
