How to make s’mores bark

- Line a baking sheet with parchment or foil. Line the bottom of the prepared baking sheet with the graham crackers.
- Pour marshmallows in a microwave safe bowl. Pour the melted butter over the marshmallows. Heat in the microwave in 30 second intervals until it’s melted. Spread the marshmallows over the graham crackers.
- Place the chocolate in a microwave safe bowl. Melt in the microwave in 30 second intervals until completely melted. Spread over the marshmallows.
- If using a topping, immediately sprinkle over the chocolate.
- Let the chocolate set, about 30 minutes. Break apart to serve.

- Don’t over heat the marshmallows and chocolate. Be sure to heat the marshmallows and chocolate in 30 second intervals, stirring in between. You don’t want to burn them.
- Spray your spatula. The melted marshmallows can be sticky so try spraying your spatula with non-stick cooking spray to help spread the marshmallows.
