- Seasonings – You will need Italian seasoning, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
- Sauce – Choose your favorite marinara sauce, jarred or homemade.

- Prepare – Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13-inch casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
- Sauce – Start be browning the ground beef in a large skillet. Make sure to break up the beef as it’s cooking. Stir in diced onion, salt, pepper, Italian seasoning, and garlic powder. Next add in cubed up cream cheese. Stir to allow the cream cheese to melt. Once melted, stir in the marinara sauce.
- Tortellini – While the sauce is cooking, boil the tortellini according to package directions. Once cooked, drain the water and then stir the cooked tortellini into the beef sauce.
- Cheese – Spread the tortellini mixture into the prepared baking dish. Top with shredded mozzarella cheese and then sprinkle the top with grated parmesan.
- Bake – Bake for 25-30 minutes or until cheese is melted. Serve warm and enjoy.
