- Tortilla– I am using a flour tortilla for this recipe. I find they work the best. I recommend an 8-inch or 10-inch tortilla. You could also substitute with a low-carb tortilla or even a corn tortilla.
- Pizza sauce – Feel free to use your favorite pizza sauce or marinara sauce.
- Cheese – I am using shredded mozzarella but you can use your favorite cheese.
- Italian seasonings – Adds some extra flavor to the pizza.
- Toppings – There are so many great pizza toppings like pepperoni, Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, black olives, green peppers, red onions, red pepper flakes, fresh basil, even pineapple.
How to make a tortilla pizza
Step one: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a tortilla on an oven safe rack placed on a baking sheet. If you don’t have a rack, you can place the tortilla directly on the baking sheet.
Step two: Spread a little sauce evenly over the top of the tortilla. Top with shredded cheese and then toppings of choice, in this case, pepperoni.
Step three: Sprinkle the top with a little Italian seasoning for extra flavor. Bake for 4-5 minutes or until cheese melts. Serve warm.

Store any leftovers in an airtight container. You can reheat in the oven or air fryer.
