Ingredients needed for tortilla pizza

  • Tortilla– I am using a flour tortilla for this recipe. I find they work the best. I recommend an 8-inch or 10-inch tortilla. You could also substitute with a low-carb tortilla or even a corn tortilla.
  • Pizza sauce – Feel free to use your favorite pizza sauce or marinara sauce.
  • Cheese – I am using shredded mozzarella but you can use your favorite cheese.
  • Italian seasonings – Adds some extra flavor to the pizza.
  • Toppings – There are so many great pizza toppings like pepperoni, Italian sausage, Parmesan cheese, black olives, green peppers, red onions, red pepper flakes, fresh basil, even pineapple.

How to make a tortilla pizza

Step one: Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Place a tortilla on an oven safe rack placed on a baking sheet. If you don’t have a rack, you can place the tortilla directly on the baking sheet.
