- 12 oz cheese curds
- 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
- 2 eggs
- 2 cups Panko bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
Stir together flour, garlic powder and salt in a bowl. Beat eggs in another bowl. Place Panko crumbs in a third bowl.
Take cheese curd and dip into flour mixture to coat. Next, dip into beaten eggs and then into Panko crumbs.
Repeat the process, flour, eggs, Panko and then place coated cheese curd in air fryer basket that has been sprayed with olive oil.
Keep coating cheese curds until ready to cook. Make sure the are spread out in air fryer basket and not on top of each other
Lightly spray the tops of the coated cheese curds with olive oil. Cook at 350 degrees F for 6 minutes, flipping halfway through. Serve warm.
Each air fryer cooks a little differently so when you are turning them over halfway through cooking, check to see how crispy they are getting and add 2-3 minutes.
If you are cooking multiple batches, you will probably want to reduce the cook time after the first batch to a total of 4-5 minutes.
