- 1 pound ground pork
- 1/4 cup diced onion
- 1 teaspoon soy sauce
- 1/4 cup bread crumbs
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 egg beaten
- 1/4 cup milk
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with foil and spray with non-stick cooking spray.
Place ground pork, egg, milk, bread crumbs, onion, soy sauce, garlic powder, salt, and pepper in a large bowl.
Mix to combine being careful not to over mix.
Roll the meat mixture into 1-inch meatballs. Place on prepared baking sheet.
Bake for 30 minutes.
