- 5 cups cubed acorn squash
- 2 tablespoons olive oil
- 1 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/2 teaspoon paprika
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Line a baking sheet with foil.
Put cubed acorn squash on baking sheet. Pour olive oil over the squash.
Sprinkle with garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Toss the squash to coat and then spread out in a single layer.
Cook for 10 minutes. Carefully flip the squash over and cook another 10 minutes.
