Air Fryer Corn On The Cob

Ingredients

  • 4 ears of corn
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/4 teaspoon seasoned salt or salt and pepper

Instructions

  • Remove husks, clean and dry corn. Place the corn in the air fryer basket. Season with seasoned salt or salt and pepper.
  • Brush olive oil on the corn. (You could substitute with melted butter.) Sprinkle the seasoning salt on the corn.
  • Cook at 380 degrees F for approximately 10-12 minutes. Flip corn halfway through cooking time.
  • Serve warm.

  • Air fryer: Each brand of air fryer will cook a little differently. Make sure to monitor the time when cooking to achieve your perfect corn.
  • Size: Four large ears fit well in a 5.8 quart basket. If you have a smaller basket you can cut the corn in half. Try to avoid stacking the corn in the basket so that it will cook evenly.
  • Texture: If you prefer a boiled or steamed texture, wrap the corn loosely in foil while cooking.
