Air Fryer Roasted Pumpkin Seeds

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 cups pumpkin seeds
  • 1 tablespoon olive oil
  • 1/2 teaspoon seasoned salt
  • 1 teaspoon salt for the water

Instructions

  • Remove seeds from pumpkin and remove as much pulp as you can. Place in a colander. Rinse to remove pumpkin pulp from seeds.
  • Fill a large pot with water and 1 teaspoon of salt. Bring to a boil. Boil seeds in water for 10 minutes, then drain.
  • Allow pumpkin seeds to dry on paper towels for about 30 minutes. Make sure they are totally dry before roasting.
  • In a bowl, mix together olive oil and seasoned salt. Stir in the pumpkin seeds.
  • Pour the pumpkin seeds into an air fryer basket and be sure to spread them out.
  • Air Fry on 350 degrees F for 7 minutes. Toss the seeds around and cook at 350 degrees F for another 7-8 minutes.
