- 1 13.5 ounce bag Alexia Onion Rings
Place frozen onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket.
Cook at 400 degrees F for 5 minutes. Flip onion rings over and cook another 2-3 minutes or until desired crispiness. **Note: I find a total of 7 minutes works well for my Cosori air fryer.
- There is no need to spray your air fryer basket with cooking spray. The onion rings have been precooked in oil so they shouldn't stick. Non-stick cooking spray can also damage your air fryer basket.
- I recommend placing the onion rings in a single layer in the air fryer basket. This helps them cook evenly and not stick together.
- I like to shake the basket half way through cooking or even flip the onions rings over.
- If you are cooking the whole bag, you will need to cook in two batches.
- Want super crispy onion rings? Half way through cooking, spray them with a mist of cooking oil.
- Each air fryer tends to cook a little differently. You can check on the onion rings after 5 minutes of cooking to see if you need to adjust the cooking time.
