- 1 8 ounce cream cheese, softened
- 6 slices cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 12 ounce frozen spinach thawed
- 1 14 ounce can artichoke hearts, drained and chopped
- 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- 1/2 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1 clove garlic minced
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, mix together softened cream cheese, spinach, artichoke hearts, mozzarella, Parmesan, mayonnaise, garlic, salt and pepper with electric mixer.
Stir in crumbled bacon.
Spray 9 inch baking dish with nonstick spray.
Spread mixture into baking dish.
Place in oven and bake 20-25 minutes.
Serve immediately.
