Meatloaf
- 2 pounds ground beef
- 1/2 cup Panko breadcrumbs
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 2 eggs
- 1 tablespoon Montreal seasoning
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
BBQ Glaze
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 3/4 cup BBQ sauce
- 1/4 teaspoon liquid smoke optional
Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F. Line a baking dish with parchment paper or foil.
Combine the ground beef, Panko, eggs, onion, Montreal seasoning, salt, and Worcestershire sauce in a large mixing bowl until just combined.
Shape the mixture into an oblong form and place it on the prepared baking dish/pan.
Bake the meatloaf for 45 minutes. While the meatloaf bakes, make the BBQ meatloaf glaze by stirring together the BBQ sauce, brown sugar, and liquid smoke.
Remove the meatloaf from the oven and top it with meatloaf glaze. Return the meatloaf to the oven and bake for 15-20 minutes or until the internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Make sure to let the meatloaf rest for at least 10 minutes before slicing.
