- 2 flour tortillas
- 8 eggs
- 4 pieces cooked bacon crumbled
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup diced green onion
- 1/2 cup salsa
Scramble eggs in a skillet over medium heat.
Warm tortillas on a microwave safe plate in the microwave for 20 seconds.
Add half of the scrambled eggs down the middle of the tortilla. Top with crumbled bacon, shredded cheese, green onion, and salsa. Repeat with second tortilla.
Roll or wrap up the burrito and serve warm.
