- 5 figs cut in half
- 1/2 cup goat cheese
- 2-3 slices prosciutto cut into thin slices
- 1 tablespoon honey
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
Stuff small piece of cheese in the center of each fig half.
Wrap each fig half with a strip of prosciutto.
Place figs on a baking sheet, cheese side up and bake for 7-10 minutes.
Carefully remove pan from oven. Drizzle with honey and serve.
