- 2 slices sourdough bread
- 2 tablespoons mayonnaise
- 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 2-3 slices deli turkey
- 2 slices harvarti cheese
- 2 tablespoons unsalted butter
Heat the panini press. Spread butter on the outside of each piece of bread.
Spread mayonnaise and Dijon on the inside piece of each bread.
Add turkey and cheese on top of the mayonnaise and mustard.
Place sandwich in panini press and heat 2-3 minutes.
