- 1 pound shrimp thawed
- 2 cups water
- 1/2 lemon sliced
Place water and lemon in a large stock pot. Bring to a boil.
Place a steamer basket in the pot making sure it doesn't touch the water.
Put the shrimp in the steamer basket.
Add a lid to the pot and steam for 3-4 minutes or until shrimp turn pink.
Carefully remove shrimp and let cool. Serve with your favorite dipping sauce.
