- 1 pound ground beef
- 1 cup diced onion
- 1 cup shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/2 cup Bisquick
- 1 cup milk
- 2 eggs
- 1 teaspoon ground mustard
- 1 teaspoon salt divided
- 1 teaspoon ground black pepper divided
Preheat the oven to 400 degrees F. Spray 9-inch pie plate with non-stick cooking spray.
Cook ground beef in a large skillet until it starts to brown. Drain any excess grease. Stir in 1/2 teaspoon of salt, 1/2 teaspoon of ground black pepper, and diced onion. Stir and cook for another 3-4 minutes.
Pour beef mixture into prepared pie plate. Top with shredded cheese.
In a separate bowl, whisk together eggs, milk, Bisquick, ground mustard, 1/2 teaspoon salt, and 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
Pour the mixture over cheese and beef. Bake for 25-30 minutes or until the top starts to turn golden brown.
Let cool for 10 minutes before slicing.
