Servings: 1 cup
- 1 cup blue cheese crumbles
- 1/2 cup mayonnaise
- 1/4 cup sour cream
- 1 tablespoon Worcestershire sauce
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place mayonnaise, sour cream, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, garlic salt, and pepper in a bowl. Whisk to combine.
Pour in blue cheese crumbles and stir to combine.
Cover the bowl and store in the refrigerator for at least one hour before serving.
- Let this dip chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour before serving to let the flavors come together. I find the longer it sits, the better it tastes.
- Want to add a little color? Mix in some diced chives or green onions.
- This dip has a thicker consistency. If you would like to make it a blue cheese dressing, add a little buttermilk or milk to thin it out.
