Servings: 6
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 5.3 ounce garlic and herb Boursin cheese
- fig jam
- 10 slices cooked crumbled bacon
- 1 cup chopped pecans
Place softened cream cheese, Boursin cheese in a food processor, or you could use an electric mixer. Mix until whipped and creamy.
Spread the cheese mixture in a serving dish or pie dish.
Spread fig jam over the whipped cheese layer.
Top with crumbled bacon and chopped pecans.
Serve and enjoy.
- Soften the cheese. Make sure to let the Boursin and cream cheese sit out at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften. This helps to create a creamy texture.
- Warm the jam. I like to microwave the fig jam for about 20 seconds so that it's easier to spread.
- Chop the bacon. I recommend chopping the bacon before cooking so that it cooks faster.
