Boursin Dip Recipe

Ingredients

  • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
  • 1 5.3 ounce garlic and herb Boursin cheese
  • fig jam
  • 10 slices cooked crumbled bacon
  • 1 cup chopped pecans

Instructions

  • Place softened cream cheese, Boursin cheese in a food processor, or you could use an electric mixer. Mix until whipped and creamy.
  • Spread the cheese mixture in a serving dish or pie dish.
  • Spread fig jam over the whipped cheese layer.
  • Top with crumbled bacon and chopped pecans.
  • Serve and enjoy.

Notes

  • Soften the cheese. Make sure to let the Boursin and cream cheese sit out at room temperature for about 15 minutes to soften. This helps to create a creamy texture.
  • Warm the jam. I like to microwave the fig jam for about 20 seconds so that it's easier to spread.
  • Chop the bacon. I recommend chopping the bacon before cooking so that it cooks faster.
