Bratwurst with Pineapple Salsa
Fire up the grill for these bratwurst infused with Yuengling Lager beer and then topped with a sweet and spicy pineapple salsa.

- 1 cup diced pineapple
- 1/4 cup diced red onion
- 3 tablespoons fresh minced cilantro
- 1 teaspoon minced jalapeno remove seeds
- 6 bratwurst or hot dog buns
- 6 Smithfield Yuengling Traditional Lager Bratwursts
In a medium bowl combine pineapple, onion, cilantro and jalapeno. Stir and then place in refrigerator until ready to serve.
Heat grill on medium-low setting. Spray or oil grill grates. Grill bratwursts for 18-20 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 160 degrees F. Make sure to turn brats frequently while grilling to prevent burning.
Place brats in buns and top with pineapple salsa.
