Bread Dipping Oil
This bread dipping oil is full of dried herbs and a little Parmesan cheese. Easy to make and wonderful to serve alongside your favorite bread.

- 1/2 cup extra virgin olive oil
- 1/8 cup balsamic vinegar
- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon dried oregano
- 1 teaspoon dried thyme
- 1 teaspoon dried basil
- 1/2 teaspoon onion powder
- 1/2 teaspoon sea salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup grated parmesan cheese
Stir together garlic, oregano, thyme, basil, onion powder, salt, and pepper in a bowl.
Pour in extra virgin olive oil and stir. Pour in balsamic and add Parmesan cheese. Serve.
