- 1 16 ounce bag pretzels
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- ½ cup unsalted butter
- ⅓ cup light corn syrup
- ½ teaspoon baking soda
- 1 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 4 ounces Heath toffee bits
- ½ cup chopped pecans
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with parchment paper. Pour pretzels in a large bowl.
Place butter, brown sugar, and corn syrup in a medium saucepan. Bring to a low boil over medium heat while constantly stirring. Let boil for 2-3 minutes.
Remove the saucepan from heat. Stir in vanilla and baking soda. Pour the sugar mixture over the pretzels. Stir the pretzels to cover with the sugar mixture.
Pour pretzels on the prepared baking sheet. Sprinkle on the toffee bits and the chopped pecans.
Bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven and let cool. Break apart to serve.
