- 21 club crackers You can use more or less depending on how many you would like to make.
- 10 slices bacon
- 1/2 cup brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 325 degrees F. Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil. Place a cooling rack on the foil.
Cut the bacon into pieces that will fit on the cracker. Usually one slice of bacon can cover 2-3 crackers. Place crackers on the cooling rack. Top the crackers with the bacon.
Sprinkle the brown sugar on top of the bacon and then add the ground black pepper.
Bake for 20-25 minutes or until bacon is cooked. Serve warm or at room temperature.
- It's best if you use a cooling rack to help prevent the crackers from sticking to the foil.
- Want to add a little spiciness? Sprinkle with red pepper flakes or a pinch of cayenne pepper.
