- 2 14 ounces canned cranberry sauce, whole cranberry or jellied
- 1 tablespoon brown sugar
- 1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons orange juice
- 1/4 teaspoon orange zest
Place the cans of cranberry sauce in a medium saucepan. Add in brown sugar, vanilla extract, orange juice, and a little orange zest.
Stir over medium heat and bring to a low boil. Turn the heat to low and let cook for 10 minutes. Make sure to stir every few minutes, breaking up the canned cranberries.
Remove from heat and let cool for 5-10 minutes before serving.
