- 1 5 ounce can of salmon drained
- 2 flour tortillas
- 1 cup lettuce chopped
- 1/2 English cucumber sliced
- 4 slices tomatoe
- 1 avocado
- 1 tablespoon lemon juice
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon pepper
Mash avocado in a bowl. Stir in flaked, canned salmon.
Stir in lemon juice, salt, and pepper.
Place lettuce leaves, tomato, and cucumber slices on a tortilla. Top with half of the salmon mixture. Roll into a wrap. Repeat with second tortilla.
