- 2 5 ounce cans salmon
- 1/3 cup mayonnaise
- 1/2 tablespoon Dijon mustard
- 1/4 cup red onion diced
- 1 stalk celery diced
- 1/8 cup fresh dill chopped
- 1/4 cup fresh parsley chopped
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Place mayonnaise, Dijon, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Stir to combine.
Add drained salmon, celery, onions, dill, and parsley. Stir to combine and coat with the mayonnaise dressing. Serve immediately or store in the refrigerator.
