- 2 .5 ounce cans of sardines packed in oil
- 1 tablespoon mayonnaise
- 1 green onion, chopped
- 1/8 teaspoon celery seed
- 1/8 teaspoon ground black pepper
Drain off any oil from the sardines. Place sardines, mayonnaise, green onion, celery seed, and pepper in a bowl. Mix together to combine.
Serve over lettuce or as a sandwich.
