- 1 cup long grain white rice
- 1 cup chicken broth
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1/4 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Place the rice, chicken broth, salt, and pepper in a rice cooker.
Close the lid and cook the rice.
Once it's finished cooking, stir in the shredded cheese. Close the lid for 1 minute to help the cheese melt.
Serve the rice warm.
