Cinnamon Pretzels

- 1 16.3 oz can biscuits
- 4 cups water
- 1/4 cup baking soda
- 1 egg, beaten
- 1 tablespoon water
- 1/2 cup butter, melted
- 1 1/2 tablespoons cinnamon
- 1/2 cup sugar
Icing dip
- 1/2 cup powdered sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon vanilla extract
- 2 tablespoons milk
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. Line baking sheet with parchment paper.
Remove biscuits from the can and cut each biscuit into 4 pieces. Roll each piece of dough into a ball.
Boil water in a large saucepan. Add in baking soda. Drop dough balls into boiling water and cook for 30 seconds. Remove with a slotted spoon and place on lined baking sheet.
In a small bowl mix together beaten egg and 1 tablespoon of water. Brush egg wash on top of boiled biscuit dough. Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the dough balls turn golden brown.
Stir together sugar and cinnamon in a bowl. Dip baked pretzel bites into melted butter and then roll them in cinnamon mixture.
