Copycat Arby's Sauce

- 1 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons white vinegar
- 1 teaspoon Worcestershire sauce
- 1 teaspoon brown sugar
- 1/4 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/8 teaspoon ground cloves
Place all of the ingredients into a small saucepan and stir to combine.
Bring the sauce to a slight simmer and then reduce the heat to medium-low. Let warm for about 5 minutes to let the sugar dissolve and the flavors come together. Make sure to stir while the sauce is warming to prevent burning.
Carefully remove from the heat and let stand for 2-3 minutes.
Serve or let cool and store in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 2 weeks.
- If you prefer a thinner sauce, add a little extra white vinegar or even a 1 tablespoon of water.
- Make sure to stir the sauce while it's warming. This will help prevent the sauce from burning.
- Want a spicy sauce? Try adding a pinch of cayenne pepper or a splash of hot sauce.
