- 4 pounds seedless grapes red grapes and green grapes
- 2 8 ounce cream cheese, softened to room temperature
- 1 1/2 cups sour cream
- ¼ white sugar
- 1 teaspoon vanilla
- 1/3 cup light brown sugar
- 1/2 cup chopped pecans
Rinse the grapes with water and pat dry with a paper towel. Cut them in half and set aside.
In a large mixing bowl, beat cream cheese until creamy. Mix in the sour cream, sugar, and vanilla. Beat for another 1-2 minutes on medium speed.
Stir in the halved grapes. Cover and chill in the refrigerator for at least an hour.
When ready to serve, sprinkle the brown sugar and chopped pecans over the grape salad.
