- 1 8 oz. box Jiffy Corn Mix
- 1 egg
- 1 15 oz. can whole kernel corn drained
- 1 15 oz. can creamed corn
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/2 cup unsalted butter melted
Preheat oven to 350 degrees F.
In a large bowl, stir together Jiffy corn mix, egg, creamed corn, whole kernel corn, sugar, and sour cream. Slowly stir in melted butter.
Pour the mixture into an 8x8 dish and bake for 40-45 minutes or until the top turns golden brown.
