- 1 8 oz cream cheese, softened
- 1 1/2 cups salsa
- 1/4 cup chopped green onions, optional
Place cream cheese and salsa in a large bowl. Mix with an electric mixer until creamy.
Optional - Stir in green onions.
Serve immediately or cover and refrigerate until ready to eat.
- Soften the cream cheese. Make sure to set the cream cheese out to soften. This helps to make it creamy.
- Thicker dip. If you would like your dip to be thick, use a chunky salsa or drain off any liquid from the salsa.
- Thinner dip. Use a thinner, less chunky salsa.
