Ingredients

Swiss cheese
chopped or shredded

chopped onion

milk

Bisquick

teaspoon
salt

pepper

teaspoon
dry mustard
green onion for garnish-optional
Instructions
Preheat oven to 400.
Spray pie plate with vegetable spray.
Sprinkle cheese, and onion in pie plate.
Using a mixer, beat remaining ingredients until smooth on medium speed.
Pour evenly into pie plate.
Bake for 30 minutes or until top is golden.
Sprinkle with green onion.
Let stand 5 minutes before serving.
Notes
You can also pour the mixture in a muffin tin to make individual quiches.
