- 1 pound chicken breasts
- 2 carrots peeled and chopped
- 2 celery stalks chopped
- 1 small onion chopped
- 1 bay leaf
- 8 cup chicken stock
- 1 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 8 oz egg noodles
Place chicken breasts, chopped carrots, celery, and onion in the slow cooker.
Sprinkle chicken with salt and pepper. Place in bay leaf.
Pour chicken broth into slow cooker. Set to cook on low for 6 hours.
Carefully remove chicken and shred. Place chicken back in slow cooker. Pour in egg noodle, cover and cook another 20-30 minutes or until noodles are cooked.
