Ground beef alfredo is a simple meal made with ground beef, alfredo sauce, and pasta. This ground beef recipe is made with just a few ingredients and can be prepared in about 30 minutes.

- 12 ounces large elbow macaroni or another pasta
- 1 pound ground beef
- 1/2 cup diced onion
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning
- 1 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 16 ounce jar alfredo sauce
- 1/2 cup grated Parmesan cheese optional
Fill a large pot 1/2 full with water. (At least 4 cups of water.) Bring the water to a boil. Add 1 teaspoon salt to the boiling water. Add the pasta and boil according to package directions. Once pasta has finished cooking, drain off the water.
While the pasta is boiling, cook ground beef in a large skillet over medium heat. Make sure to break up the beef while cooking. Cook until it's browned.
Stir in Italian seasoning, 1/2 teaspoon salt, ground black pepper, diced onion and cook for 1-2 minutes. Stir in minced garlic. Stir in the creamy alfredo sauce and cook for another 2-3 minutes or until warmed through.
Pour the drained, cooked pasta into the sauce mixture. Optional - Top with grated parmesan cheese. Serve warm.
