- 1 pound ground turkey
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
- 1 32 ounce velveeta cheese, cubed
- 1 can Rotel tomatoes
Warm large skillet over medium heat. Add in oil and ground turkey. Break up the ground turkey and cook until cooked through, about 8 minutes. Season with salt and pepper.
Add in cubed Velveeta cheese and stir until melted. Stir in Rotel.
Serve warm with chips, crackers, or vegetables.
