- 1 lb ground beef
- 1 16 ounce salsa
- 1 can Rotel
- 1 20 ounce Velveeta
- 1 8 ounce cream cheese
- 1 teaspoon chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Make sure to drain off any grease.
Stir in the chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the Rotel, salsa, cream cheese, and Velveeta.
Keep stirring over medium heat until everything has melted.
Serve this dip warm.
- Chunky salsa. I recommend using a chunkier salsa so that the dip isn't too watery.
- Cut in cubes. Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese in cubes to help them melt faster and evenly.
