    Hamburger Dip Recipe

    Easy hamburger dip recipe is made with just a few ingredients. This hot ground beef dip is a delicious and flavorful appetizer.

    Ingredients

    • 1 lb ground beef
    • 1 16 ounce salsa
    • 1 can Rotel
    • 1 20 ounce Velveeta
    • 1 8 ounce cream cheese
    • 1 teaspoon chili powder
    • 1/2 teaspoon salt
    • 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper

    Instructions

    • Brown the ground beef in a large skillet. Make sure to drain off any grease.
    • Stir in the chili powder, salt, and pepper. Mix in the Rotel, salsa, cream cheese, and Velveeta.
    • Keep stirring over medium heat until everything has melted.
    • Serve this dip warm.

    Notes

    • Chunky salsa. I recommend using a chunkier salsa so that the dip isn't too watery.
    • Cut in cubes. Cut the Velveeta and cream cheese in cubes to help them melt faster and evenly.
