- 2 cups cooked chicken, shredded
- 1 30 ounce shredded hash browns thawed
- 1 cup sour cream
- 1 10.5 ounce can cream of chicken soup
- 1/2 cup milk
- 1 cup shredded mild cheddar cheese
- 8 pieces cooked bacon, crumbled
- 2 cups crushed Ritz crackers
- 3 tablespoons unsalted butter, melted
- 1/2 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon ground black pepper
Preheat the oven to 350 degrees F. Spray a 9 x 13 casserole dish with non-stick cooking spray.
In a large bowl, stir together the sour cream, cream of chicken soup, milk, salt, and pepper.
Stir in the thawed hash browns, shredded chicken, shredded cheese, and crumbled bacon.
Spread the mixture in the prepared baking dish.
