- 1 32 oz bag of frozen shredded hashbrowns
- 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
- 1/4 cup chopped onion
- 1 cup milk
- 1/2 cup beef broth
- 2 tablespoons butter
- 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
- 1/4 teaspoon salt
- 1/4 teaspoon pepper
Preheat oven to 425 degrees F.
Spray a 9x13 baking dish with cooking spray.
In a large bowl, combine all of the above ingredients and microwave for 10 minutes. Stir after 5 minutes.
Transfer hash browns to prepared baking dish and bake for 25 minutes.
