Ingredients

  • ½ pound sliced salami, chopped
  • ½ pound sliced pepperoni, chopped
  • 1 cup sliced provolone cheese, chopped
  • ½ cup red onion, diced
  • ½ cup diced peperoncinis
  • ½ cup cherry or grape tomatoes, cut into quarters
  • 1 small head of iceburg lettuce, chopped
  • ¾ cup mayonnaise
  • 2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
  • ½ teaspoon Italian seasoning
  • ¼ teaspoon salt
  • ¼ teaspoon ground black pepper

Instructions

  • Place the mayonnaise, red wine vinegar, Italian seasoning, salt, and pepper in a large bowl. Whisk to combine.
  • Add in the diced pepperoni, diced salami, diced peppers, and diced red onion. Toss together with the dressing.
  • Add in the chopped lettuce and tomatoes. Toss to combine.

Notes

  • Add the lettuce last. I recommend not stirring in the lettuce until you will be serving the dip. This helps to keep it nice and crisp.
  • Let the dip chill. I recommend letting the dip chill in the refrigerator for about an hour before serving. This lets all of the flavors come together.
